The cuisine of the Hotel Kohlern is entirely given over to traditional Bolzano specialities: you will find "Herrengröstel" on the menu, along with the refined traditional dishes based on pasta or wild game. Although the locality and hotel are only nine kilometres away from the bustling city of Bolzano, a trip into the "Kohlern" is like a trip to another world.
On long winter evenings, the stone pine lounge is particularly appealing.
